Yesterday we skyped with miss Kirr's class in Chicago. The reason we skyped is we are reading the one and only Ivan. Witch is the globe read aloud. It goes across the world and we are one of the classes. So we went on and then we asked each other qeutions and answered them we had allot of fun. We also asked about us and our schools. But one thing is that the conection was a little off so we had to stop video chating and just talked. But is was still good. So at the end of it we had so much fun and had a new understanding of the book.
My idea of a hero is not someone with super powers, flying, or laser vision. No, my idea of a super hero is a police man, or a fire man. Doctors save lives, that's heroic. He could not lift a stool, but he is still a hero. A fire man, he goes out and fights fires. He will also go into a burning house, risking his own life to save others. They could be a crook, but they will still save them. A police man will also risk his life to save others. If its walking into a bank robbery, Even with the risk of getting killed, they will still go. Also a lot of other people risk their lives too. Army men could die in seconds after starting the war. In the air force, you have to be brave to be able to fly off a ship on the water when its rocking. Navy seals will go under cover just to catch the really bad guys and keep us safe. So we should be thanking the people, no, hero's that keep us safe every day.
This through here that through there were making kites. It started with us coloring our kites. Mine had lots of colors and smiley faces. So we went to the gym and met the person who was going to tell us how to make them. Once we where finished we went out side and flew them up high in the sky. About a hundred little dots in the sky where twirling and up high. My friend and me got ours the highest. Then it was the end of the day and went in side.
 Sweat beating tired want to die. I just did the grouse grind i am filed with energy. top people cheering my name i finish time 2hours good time. it was hard but you feel great at the end like you can do any thing. you see the amazing view you go down the gondola and see the trip up that you just did awesome.you have to think grade 6/7 can do the grouse grind but some adults think o i could never do that its to hard ye well iv done it 3 times so they can not whine about doing it once.
